Condita - Michelin Star Excellence

Condita opened on Salisbury Place in Edinburgh’s south side during late November 2018 and under the guidance of patron / front of house manager, Mark Slaney and chef Conor Toomey this small restaurant has rapidly made a name for itself with numerous glowing reviews, see for example Joanna Blythman’s review here in The Herald from March 2019 and in October 2019, less than a year after opening, the restaurant was awarded a Michelin star.


Greenshoots Photography has chronicled this journey from its very first days when the building was just a shell and we look forward to resuming this partnership once the restaurant reopens following the latest lockdown.
