Balsamic - Parsnips, Pears and Sausages - Ginger (not Raspberry!)

Only preliminary shots, still developing the dish and styling. Sausages used are Chicken Italia from Heck and are rather spicy, now have some plain chicken ones to try, also need to increase the amount of balsamic dressing and add some colour and connect to the plate!
